When will you ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
When will my order arrive?
Average transit times: 1 to 3 business days plus 8 to 12 business days to process your order.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes! After your purchase, you will receive an email with your order tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number from that email and paste it into the tracking tab on our website. I’ve changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before the order has shipped, for a full refund. Just email us at contact@bostali.com to cancel within this time frame.
My order arrived damaged or is missing. What do I do?
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue you a replacement or a full refund. If you choose a replacement, we will send you the correct product along with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item at no cost to you. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

Which forms of payment can I use?
We currently accept payments through credit and debit cards.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Your data is handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. Your order details, name, address, and payment information are protected from third parties. Credit card payments are verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Can I pay cash upon delivery?
Unfortunately, we only accept credit/debit card transactions. This helps protect both our customers and our business.
